Product was as described and is great. However, the service and shipping was very poor. The item was returned to sender and seemed to be stuck in the sorting center for many days. We had to reach out to them multiple times to figure out where our item was. They were surprised we still wanted the valve after it was delayed in shipping/returned to sender for some reason, and asked if we still wanted it. They did not bother to reach out to us, as the customer, once this happened.
