Delivery was good considering the circumstances. Product quality is not what I had hoped for. The valve itself is good (brass piping and stainless ball with what appears to be a nylon seal or something like it) but the electro-mechanical parts (motor and associated gears) of the product are a bit mediocre. Works ok but not certain it will last very long. My experience of plastic gears is not good. I guess time will tell. The store itself was fine, no problems with service, they delivered as expected, no issues at all.
