Shipping is fast, even with this pandemic situation. I received it at my doorstep when tracking still shows it in transit. Comes with a spare roller band, feels like silicone/rubber. Quality is good. The trainer can be folded in three and save up space in storage. Setting is as easy as 1,2,3. First time riding can be tricky and take some practices. Best is to start off leaning against a wall, start rolling, look forward and not at the front roller/wheel.
