Bibo has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My glass bed arrived shattered due to shipping and they quickly dispatched a new one. Once it arrived I had an issue with loading the filament. Their customer service albeit via email was EXCELLENT. Bibo has made a customer for life. Bravo. I was a bit frustrated but they came thru and made everything right. Thank you Bibo! I know this is going to be my best 3D printer.
