The product was shipped with a week of delay. Upon arrival I found neither manual for assembling nor software to run cnc. I sent three essaged to the seller within two week asking for help but got not response. Besides one of linea bearing had production defect and was leaving scratches on the rail. I had to find replacement on at y cost. Fortunately there were no other problems with hardware as otherwise I may not get it replaced or fixed by the seller. I could fine software & instruction on youtube but very disappointed with the seller behaviour.
