Chip did not work, but of course that may be due to the reflow process or PID temperature sensor error. Had the reflow process set to a lead free profile, but solder balls melted and sank down suddenly 25 degrees Centigrade before expected causing me to abort the reflow not according to profile. So not sure if these were leaded balls instead of the unleaded balls as specified in the datasheet. No mention of lead/leadfree in product blurb so I assumed lead-free.
