All looks good. Manufacturing date on a chip is 2017. Received well packaged.

Chips are NOT NEW. Evidence is epoxy resin removal on the corners. Dings and missing caps on the chip face. Another case of lying vendor selling reballed & remarked used garbage chips as new.
