The seller sent me the goods through Germany after paying all taxes. In addition, the vendor added connecting buses of a battery connection. I did not measure the battery capacity, but according to the amount of charge almost corresponds to my solar power plant. When I got it all batteries had 3.4V voltage. I recommend the seller.

Fast shipment to California and well packaged. Arrived with 3.38 volts. Have not tested yet.
