The goods arrived in used condition. Nickel plated strips are welded to the poles and then cuted off. One of the cells is swollen and soft. The capacity of the inflated cell is 22.94 Ah. This is less than 76%. To be recycled. The rest of the cells are used, but at least not defective. The seller refused to send a replacement instead of a defective cell.
