I think it is a good product, but please note that some smartphones cannot be used. I'm using a Chinese smartphone, OnePlus 7, but I can't connect to this gimbal via Bluetooth. Therefore, it was said that it could not be used. When I contacted customer service, I just told them to use another smartphone, but I couldn't respond. It worked normally on the iPhone. I'm not convinced that it doesn't correspond even though it is produced in the same country. I am disappointed that the item is not broken and cannot be returned. I look forward to future support and improvements.
