The motor had a 08H error out of the box. Final solution was me buying another controller from a shop here in the USA. After communicating with the seller, they wanted video proof of the issue after exchanging many photos of the issue. With no identifying markings on the kit parts, the seller proceeded to tell me that they tested the parts they sold me and will not work to help me resolve the issue, which is a classic example of being screwed by the seller. Also, the 500c display that’s comes with this kit also shows wrong voltage (~5 volts less, even though it has settings for 36, 48, and 52 volt batteries).
