the motor work great, except. The hydraulic brake cable is a bit long preventing a clean install.

What a great conversion. Took me about 3-5hours.The motor is fast and powerful. Super happy with it and looks clean. More powerful than what you can get with a integrated system. I am not sure about reliability yet but have heard this unit is overbuilt so with the 48V battery is should be robust. I am a little worried about the wear and tear on my drivetrain but will deal with occasional repairs for the other benefits.
