This massager is just as pictured. It's a quality product that's comfortable and easy to use. I bought it for my stiff neck and it really does take out the stiffness and make it feel better. I haven't used the massager enough to know how the foam balls will hold up. It took longer than expected to get here, but for the price and quality it was worth the wait.
