The underskirt isn't as puffy as on the picture but it is made with hard tulle and a dress looks much better with it on. Velcro fastening and a string makes it easily adjustable around the waist. Thank you seller. Delivery was pretty fast

Smaller than expected but still does the job for a lolita dress on a small person, doesn't really look like the photo. Would not recommend for a plus size.
