Lovely petticoat! Finally I'm freed from stacking things that aren't meant to be petticoats under my dresses. Puffs up my dress nicely. Only downside is it came with a very strong chemical smell upon opening. It should go away after a wash though! As other reviewers have said, it is scratchy, so unless you aren't wearing tights it shouldn't be an issue. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.
