I was skeptical to order, as most of the reviews from the US seem fake, but my experience has been positive. The unit shipped within a few days of ordering and delivered to me in California in 3 weeks to the day. This is acceptable compared to the companies in the US selling the same units. There were lags in shipping updates while still in China, which is to be expected, but nothing alarming. Just a few days between updates until the unit was stateside. Did not include any instructions, but the installation is plug and play. There are plenty of videos online to assist if need be as well as helpful communities on social media. Unit powered right up and works fine. Features are impressive and I've barely been able to dig into all of them. Wireless CarPlay works well. Would recommend purchasing from ZWNAV to anyone looking for a Tesla style unit.
