They do not answer questions and help assist. I have been waiting over á week now
The headunit is really great. Quite cheap, works well, but.. The seller is one of the worst I've ever seen. Firstly, I was waiting for the reply about the display type for several days. The question about CPU type was fully ignored. The seller has changed the delivery source from Russia to China without any confirmation from me, so as a result I was waiting for the package longer. Ok. I received the parcel and installed the device. It didn't make any sound!. I contacted with their support 26/09 (via WhatsApp) and still haven't had any reply (today is 20/10). Well. Then I go to service center to solve the issue. Guys successfully found and solve the issue with wiring. They fixed that and I paid extra money for that work. I dropped a message to the seller and asked him to share spending, but he ignored me.
