Very low price. Low quality. Protected 18650 cells do not fit in any way (thin plastic almost broke..). With 4 cells the on/off switch is blocked. At least works with 2 cells. Slow charging. Delivers ~1 Amp with moderate RF noise. No audible sound. Does not get warm (2 cells). --> Adequate price/benefit ratio.
