Delivered to Kiev in 22 days. The case dimensions are small or the springs on the minus contact are very elastic - standard 18650 elements do not fit well inside. The PCB board is not fixed at all in the case, the board is shifted to the side and there is no contact! During operation, the board heats up very much and the case stinks strongly of burnt plastic! There is no 2A current at the output, only 1A. The inscription near YUSB is made with an error: it is necessary to write OUT, not ONT!
It does work, with a few complications. The PCB is held in with two little posts, which REQUIRE screws, they fall out otherwise. It does not come with these screws. Second, the board gets rather warm. The main (and only) chip on the board is a generic power bank chip, it gets hot when charging a phone. Third and most irritating, the battery level LED's stay on as long as you are charging something, which is EXTREMELY annoying
