2 chips out of 25 are dead. The chips condition is not new (as specified in product description) have dirt on them and sticker glue leftovers. Bent pins. Different batch numbers and year of manufacturing. Use IC tester and check each chip before use.

Fast shipping, but horrible packaging. Seems like the seller doesn't know how to handle electronic components: they came not in anti-static bag, not even pinned to a foam material, as a result the chips have bent pins, some of which are beyond repair.
