Device quality is good enough, works as expected (we'll see over time). There were two issues: first, seller sent wrong description of the item, it was required to type in additional stuff to customs delaying delivery. Second, seller printed real item price (what is quite big) so that it forced me to pay additional customs taxes.

Goods were well wrapped for transport. Quality looks good, but still have to install it. Metal case and rather heavy. Good price. Delivery within 3 weeks is not bad.
