Item is not waterproof! Not suitable for outdoor with lot of heavy rain. The back is open and water can go inside! Very bad design and wrong description. Also it is described as wireless but battery lasts only 1 day! It needs to be plugged in constantly to work. This is NOT a wireless setup for outdoor as the wire and power adapter is not waterproof! Need to charge the power daily but not waterproof! I asked for partial refund because it works with my alarm but it is not waterproof and battery last only 1 day.
