I´ve bought this item in April 6th. It was dispatched from sorting center in China and it´s still in transit. The information shown in the tracking information is this item is still in China and it was not dispatched to Brazil. I´m aware about the delays regarding the Covid-19 pandemy, but it´s not acceptable wait 3 months and the item is still in China and not dispatched to my country. I´ve contacted Kerui store at least 3 times during this period and the information I´ve always received is to wait that it will be delivered; But, my question is, when? Because of that, I´ve opened a dispute and have cancelled my purchase. I will be reimbursed. I´ve bought this same item in another store and I hope this time I will have more luck. I was informed by some other people who also buy in Aliexpress that they are receiveing theu items normally in Brazil. The problem is related to this store specifically.
