use is limited to 1) indoors (curtain,light,...) and 2) short range (garage door). outdoor use is only ~20m line-of-sight and is further reduced due to needed waterproof box. Would be a good device if manufacturer provided the following options: a) more powerful transmitter (12V23a battery) and external antenna for receiver.
