Here is the pinout of the EVQWGD001 Encoder. It is a typical rotary encoder with A, B, and C pins. C is the common pin. There are 15 pulses per revolution. There is one extra pin labeled "-" which seems to be unrelated to A, B, or C. The push-switch pins are the two pins at the edge.
