I was missing a part on my printer. I sent an email at 3pm the day I found a missing part. Then by 11pm that night, I had the tracking number for the part that was being shipped DHL express to me in the USA. I received that part in 4 days. I call that GREAT customer service. Very nice printer for the price. Prints very nicely out of box. Hot-end fan is loud, but otherwise the machine is very quiet. One of the Z extrusions was drilled, but not tapped on one end, however, I'm a machinist and had an m5 tap on hand, so no problem for me. Things slip through sometimes, so no big deal, but check your parts. It took me a while to figure out the Z lead-screw was tucked inside one of the extrusions as well. I've been printing with it non-stop the past 24 hours though, and out of box print quality is some of the best I've seen with PLA and PETG so far.
