The item arrived in US 20 days after I placed order. The jacket is warm and soft. No funny smell. I wore it with only a t-shirt at 10C (50F) weather and I was toasty warm. I originally placed an order for an M, but asked the seller to change to an L after. The seller replied quickly and accommodated my request. I highly recommend both the product and the seller.
