Poor quality big troubles. I have not got the time to send it in China. The price was good, so I took a chance . I am completely and totally dissatisfied with that laptop. It simply doesn’t work and I won’t put a Dollars in shipping Nor a minute on that Bad luck. Sorry guys never again.I’m very sorry!I think you did your best ,but your best is not enough for me. My judgement of one star is bet On the laptop quality. For the rest of our contact I deserve you a five star.
