When I opened the package it started with a scare: The box said "Intel inside". Luckily it turned out to be the Ryzen R7 2700U 8/128GB I ordered. First impression: It's big. 15.6 inch with fan is rather a DTR than a true laptop. A nice surprise was that it has a webcam. Unfortunately, the build was sloppy; there were gaps/bends at the bottom of the mousepad and at the front side of the bottom plate. Luckily I could solve these by unscrewing the bottom plate and screwing it back. In doing so, I also came across a positive surprise: The battery inside is 57Wh (lasts ~6 hours). Still to fix: An unusable space bar (stuck depressed at the bottom side). Also the keys feel a bit cheap and I'm not used to the numeric pad. Apart from the problems mentioned (YMMV on the assembly) pluses and minuses are: +metal shell +57Wh battery +hardware/price +matte screen -large and heavy for a mobile solution -noisy fan -keyboard layout and quality -no USB-C port
Very fast shipment, good communication, excellent product. A+++
