Sipolar declared the SHIPPING cost as VALUE on top of the item. Shipping doesn't have value, it is a service. So the order was wrongly declared as £31 which led to customs stopping the parcel and charging £15 import tax on an item that SHOULDN'T have import tax. VERY disappointed. I won't use them again.
