I ordered this for my daughter who is 7 years old but tall for her age so always fits a girls size 8 years, she is also very slim and this fits well around her waist. Regarding length it is about 4-5 inches off the floor when she is wearing it. It appears well made and has a nice shape to it, it does add a lot of volume if that is what you are looking for.
