The hard drive was delivered. Packaging is OK. The hard drive is connected and working, and the rest will show time and operation.

Works pretty fine on USB2 slot but DOES NOT WORK on USB3 slots. I have 3 PC's at home with 3 different W10 version levels, same problem with USB3 connexion.
