This is a good quality item. A rubberized/plastic outer coating with a steel/metal internal linkage. The 100cm length is nice and sturdy, and does not seem like it will break, even after moderate usage. The connecting screw mounts are true to OEM and fit my Argus C44, Bolsey B2, and Nikon F2. I enjoy the ability for me to lock the shutter pin down for extended exposures. Great product! Great store! WBFA!
