The screws that attach the pcb to the bottom of the case are too short. Also the case has to be cut some to allow the assembled board to fit properly. There are no well written instructions for assembling the unit and especially adjusting it. My unit would not measure crystal frequencies accurately at all until I tried the internal programming. There are no instructions for programming the device but I was able to figure out enough to get the device measuring accurately. Now that it is measuring frequencies accurately, I am well satisfied. Documentation leaves a lot to be desired as much is not readable. Fortunately the pcb is labeled with all parts which helps in assembling the counter. I suggest a web page be set up containing documentation.
