Looks like a useful kit, Now to test for the value of that unknown watch crystal in my remote that I need to replace.

Excellent kit, although packaging allows for IC chip/socket pins to be damaged: in my case the socket lost one contact and every other pin was bent. Other than that, nothing was damaged, the device works and measures crystals really well. I power it from a 5V USB power supply. There are a trimming capacitor and calibration/adjustment capabilities built into firmware, so you can zero/correct its measurement. The only downside is missing power cable (but you can order one separately). The kit is great, the seller is trustworthy. Thank you!
