I've bought the double sharft motor, 36V 800W. And I made electric scooter with this motor instead of 24V 300W motor which used befor for driving scooter. But your motor didn't start. Load was almost 100kg. Previous motor(24V 300W) moved without any problem. I wanna know the reason. Can I get the detail specification, N-T-I curve etc. and recommend controller.

Dear Ada, This is what the magnetic stator plate looks like, left and right. Why didn't you send me these rotor plates, although I still reminded you as very important. After all, without a stator, you can't assemble the engine. Best regards George
