Really good wheels. They look outstanding! The rubber is very soft and the foam inside is also soft (the foam is included even though is is not mentioned in the description). Tyres are not glued to rims but this is correct - you can customize the wheels by inserting softer or harder foam or removing the foam at all (good for slow crowler). You glue the tyres yourself after that using super-glue (cyjanoacrylate). You also can add small screws for decoration (they are also included). With the extra screws the wheels look really cool. I've used the wheels in wltoys 144001 - they fit (you have to trim top body a bit) and it is total overkill but the car looks outstandingly good.
