Looks and works exactly as described. Voltmeter's accuracy is within 0.4V, acceptable for such inexpensive device. Mine is showing 3.5 - 24.5V. Output cable is thick and relatively flexible, 5525 connector should fit a compact soldering iron directly. Good news is, the voltage adjustment dial works as a power switch, turn it counter clockwise to the end, it clicks and power is off, nice! Tried to power 12V 0.3A fan, the voltage is stable. Will try full power 24V 3A for TS100 and SH-72 and report later. Delivered in 3 weeks to Toronto. Recommended.
