I received the product quite fast, provided shipping was for free, it was absolute awesome but, the package was putting all boxes in a bag. As a result, not all boxes were in good state, in particular one was pretty much battered (see pictures). Since the reader is very sturdy, it was still working, but something is loose inside and you can hear it by shaking the reader a little bit (if you shake the others you here nothing loose). On and on it's a pity because the issue could have been solved just by wrapping all the boxes on bubble wrap to protect them.
