Works are advertised. Too bad you have to use the provided app and only on Windows. Not supported by open source alternatives.

The sent version of the product does not allow making a full-fledged IC Card recording (the recorded key does not work like the original), it cannot record encrypted IC Cards. Based on this, the product does not match the description: "Read and write 13.56MHz IC, IC half encryption card, IC full encryption card".
