Camera is excellent. Very high quality construction and optical zoom is superb. Item was securely packaged and arrived without problems. Just one thing though, I ordered a black camera (and made sure to send a message saying so), and that's what I got, but the antenna and wall support were both white. This is easily solved by carefully using some black paint suitable for the plastic antenna and metal support, but do be sure to confirm *everything* is black when ordering. The AC power adapter connection is a little loose, but no real problem as you can use electrical tape to secure it. For the price a great item, minor issues easily solved, and satisfied with the service. A good seller.
I have to say after testing the camera. The picture is good, the zoom is also good. And now it's unpleasant. If there is a vertical displacement, then the camera automatically shifts to the top when it is automatically traversed. All the points you set up are also shifting at the same distance up and we want to watch one place, and after 10 minutes the camera is already following an entirely different one. I started talking with the seller. They asked them to drop their videos. They themselves have joined the camera several times, but they do not want to offer anything. I think that they just dragged time so that I did not have the opportunity to open the debate. In fact, a camera with a defect and can not normally perform its functions. But I seem to find a way out. If you donate the first point and set it to a maximum upwards then others, relative to it already positioned as if true. The seller does not recommend.
