На этот случай я написал продавцу о неисправности прибора, а тот сказал, что я мог бы починить блок питания. На что я ответил, мол, я не занимаюсь ремонтом, и что я покупал у вас рабочий блок, зачем мне металлолом? Продавец предложил мне открыть спор что бы вернуть деньги. Спор открыл, загрузил все доказательства, и фото и видео.
