I received the drone a month ago and after a few minutes in which it was working it started to malfunction and it was not able to lift. I started the dispute to give it back and have a refound. After that the shop wrote to me insisting and convinced me to cancel the dispute saying it would help in any way. They just sent me a spare motor and I have yet to receive it...so after a month I still can't use the drone. I asked at least a partial refund but nothing.
