Everything as expected
The seller made a mistake and delievered it to the wrong address in another state! When I contacted them they didn't even realize what went wrong. I filed a dispute and got a full refund back. In the meantime I commenced an inquiry at my local post office and they checked for me and confirmed that my package had indeed been delivered and picked-up by somebody else. But they (my local post office) are legally obligated to follow senders instructions. Therefore it's the senders fault. Unbelievable! Such a stupid mistake that wasted my time as I waited a long time for this and really needed this item. The Seller didn't even apologize to me. I feel like I never want to order from this store ever again and I would advise anyone here to avoid purchasing anything from ZUOCHEN Store and it's affiliates.
