This is a little narrower than Rotor's true UBB BSA but seems fully compatible. You'll need some spacers for rotor (preload adjustment on VEGAST or ALDHU will not be enough). Either Axle or BB (I'd suggest BB). Looks like about 3 - 4mm. The tool pitch pattern isn't Rotor Compatible, nor is it Shimano (old or new), so you're looking at another tool for these. I didn't have rotor BB to compare so while the images with measurements were provided I had no basis of comparison.
