I purchase this product but when we install there is a problem with the spacing between 3 and 4 gears so the shifting is having problem. i went to multiple bike shops to tune for me all went back the same answer problem with the casette quality. my friend have similar casette but it is working fine. i have send videos and pictures but the seller still doesn’t believe me. I’m not interested in the refund just a replacement casette will do. after few communication seems they ignore my claims. i have given the seller chance to satisfy the customer but no action instead they ask me accept proposal not to refund my purchased.
