Works fine, durability can't tell for now. Had issues on the first 100 miles with the 23T sprocket, it was skipping like new chain on old sprocket. But it matched after a few miles. Used a new Sram GX 12s chain. As 12s, very careful to proximity with spokes, the derailleur cage on the lowest gear can touch the spokes. Direct pull hubs are recommended.
