I received a Cassette but it is shaky after installation. I've rejected the proposed dispute resolution to pay me back only a fraction of the paid amount. I am now waiting for a new proper Cassette before closing my dispute.
I bought this but it is shaky after installation. I've requested for the full refund. But, I found the dispute resolution from Aliexpress that they closed the case with 20% refund without my agreement. I've accordingly rejected their resolution and waiting for their reply. In the meantime, the seller proposed to send me a new set in about the same time. But, the Aliexpress rushed to close the case without waiting for the Seller's counter-proposal or my agreement. This is totally unacceptable. I've fomally rejected the resolution by separate appeal today.
