The parcel was received in good condition after 5 whole weeks. The delivery took 2 weeks via "AliExpress Standard Shipping", but the seller wasted 3 long weeks before starting with the shipment and never answered my 2 messages asking for news. Using a 40mm diamond cutting disk, I have been able to do a precise cut along 9 cm of a rather hard 8 mm thick porcelain stoneware tile. That cutting took about 30 minutes. This disk is dead and cannot cut further than that, but I believe this is already quite a performance considering its small diameter.
