Chinese customs rejected to export the item and the shipment sent back to the seller. Seller probably messed something up. I contacted the seller and they said they will reship the order as soon as they receive it back. I asked them to send a new product since the order was clearly at return. They refused and asked me to wait. I asked them every week about the order but the response was the same: “please wait, friend.” This went for months. Finally, extended period of protection was coming to an end they said please ask for a refund. Please consider the incompetence of the seller before ordering.
